Spot Trading Operation Guide

In spot trading, investors can profit from cryptocurrency price increases by buying crypto assets.

Step 1: Transfer Funds

Before starting spot trading, make sure your spot account has sufficient balance.

  • Go to [Assets] to check your spot account holdings.

  • If your funds are sufficient, proceed to Step 2.

  • If you need to transfer funds from another account to your spot account, click [Transfer].

You can:

  • Transfer from Wallet Account → Spot Account, or

  • Click the switch icon to reverse direction.

  • Enter the transfer amount, click [Confirm Transfer], and the funds will be moved successfully.

Step 2: Buy Crypto

You can profit from market price fluctuations by buying a cryptocurrency.

  • Buying means you expect the price of a cryptocurrency to rise in the future.

Buy Example (Buy BTC at Market Price):

App → Trade → Spot → Switch to [Buy] → Tap [Market Order] → Enter [Amount to Buy] → Tap [Buy BTC]

Order Types

  1. Market Order Buy at the current market price by entering the amount to spend.

  2. Limit Order

    • Set a price at which you want to buy.

    • The system will execute the order at the more favorable price between the market and your set price.

    • If the market price is better, the order is executed immediately.

    • If your price is better, the system waits until the market hits your price.

  3. Conditional Order

    • Set a trigger price and a limit price.

    • The order won’t activate until the market reaches your trigger price.

    • Once triggered, it becomes a limit order and follows the normal execution logic.

Step 3: Sell Crypto

  • Selling means you expect the price of your crypto holdings to fall.

Sell Example (Sell BTC at Market Price):

App → Trade → Spot → Switch to [Sell] → Tap [Market Order] → Enter [Amount to Sell] → Tap [Sell BTC]

Step 4: View Order History

After placing a buy or sell order, you can view all historical trades.

Includes:

  • Order type

  • Transaction price

  • Volume

  • Order type (Maker/Taker)

  • Fees

Check Path:

App → Trade → Spot → All → Order History → Select the relevant order

Spot Trading Fees & Minimum Order Size

1. Trading Fee Standards

  • Maker (Post Order): 0.05%

  • Taker (Instant Execution): 0.05%

Fee Calculation:

  • Buy Fee = Buy Volume × Fee Rate

  • Sell Fee = Sell Price × Sell Volume × Fee Rate

BTC/USDT Example:

  • Buying BTC (spending USDT): Fee is deducted in BTC

  • Selling BTC (receiving USDT): Fee is deducted in USDT

Note: Fees are only charged on completed trades. Unfilled orders are not charged.

Buy Example (Maker Order):

  • Buy XRP/USDT (buying XRP)

  • Order Type: Maker

  • Trade Volume: 200 XRP

  • Fee = 200 × 0.05% = 0.1 XRP

Sell Example (Taker Order):

  • Sell ETH/USDT (selling ETH)

  • Order Type: Taker

  • Price: 4000 USDT

  • Volume: 1 ETH

  • Fee = 4000 × 1 × 0.05% = 2 USDT

2. Minimum Order Size per Token

The minimum order amount is 10 USDT.

  • Minimum Order Quantity = 10 / Current Token Price
