**Reasons for Copy Trading Failure**

* Maximum number of followers or quota reached — unable to add more followers.
* Insufficient available funds in the account — cannot open new positions.
* Position limit reached, or the strategist’s order has not been filled.

* It is recommended to set a **maximum position limit** to reduce risk exposure.
* You can control risk per trade by **transferring limited funds** into the trading account.

**Reasons for No Followers / Not Ranked**

* Data has not yet updated, or ranking criteria not met (e.g. return rate, number of trading days).

**Ranking & Return Rate Calculation**

* The platform provides a clear explanation of return rate calculation formulas to ensure transparency.

**Profit Share Distribution Time & Viewing Method**

* Settlement occurs daily at **00:00**, and the system **automatically distributes earnings between 00:00–00:10** to the strategist’s profit account.
