# Login Device Management

When users log into their ChainBitX account from different devices, those devices are recorded in the **“Login Devices”** list. **Regularly reviewing and managing these devices** helps detect unauthorized access early and prevent account theft.

***

**How to Manage & Security Tips:**

1. After logging into the **UBEX App or web version**, go to **“Account Settings” > “Security Settings” > “Login Devices.”**
2. Review **active devices** and **login history**, including:
   * IP address
   * Device model
   * Login time
3. If you spot an **unknown device** or **suspicious login**, immediately click **“Remove”** or **“Log out from this device.”**
4. **Enable login alerts** via email/SMS to receive real-time notifications for each login attempt.

***

**Friendly Reminder:**

We recommend **regularly clearing out unused devices**, especially after logging in from **shared or borrowed devices**—be sure to log out afterward. If your device is lost or you suspect unauthorized access, **change your password immediately** and **contact ChainBitX customer support** for assistance.
