Community Scam Alerts
Scammers often lurk in Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and other community platforms, pretending to be official support staff or "internal referral agents". They use tactics such as "airdrop claims," "exclusive insider offers," or "account issues" to trick users into transferring funds or sharing verification codes.
Common Community Scam Tactics:
Impersonating customer support through private messages offering to help solve problems, while asking for verification codes or redirecting to phishing websites.
Promoting “high-yield investment opportunities”, claiming to be “officially recommended” or offering “limited insider spots.”
Launching fake “airdrop quiz games” or “limited-time deposit reward” campaigns.
Using fake admin profiles with similar avatars and usernames to impersonate ChainBitX team members.
Anti-Fraud Recommendations:
ChainBitX official support will NEVER privately message users to ask for codes, passwords, or request transfers.
All official campaigns are only announced through the official website, app notifications, and verified community channels—do not trust private messages claiming “internal referrals.”
Be cautious of any message involving “limited-time transfers” or “prepay to get rewards” schemes.

If you encounter suspected scam activity in any community group, take screenshots and report it to ChainBitX official support immediately. If you've accidentally transferred assets to a scam address, freeze your account right away and report it to the authorities for record and investigation.
