# Abnormal Login & Activity Alerts

ChainBitX offers multiple notification methods to provide **real-time feedback** on account activity. In the event of **unusual logins**, **withdrawals**, or **password changes**, the system will immediately notify the user to help detect and respond to suspicious actions.

**Recommended Settings:**

* **Enable Login Alerts** Get notified via email or app push when there is a **new device login** or **login from an unusual IP location**.
* **Enable Withdrawal Alerts** Receive real-time notifications when a **withdrawal request is initiated** and when it is **successfully processed**.
* **Enable Security Change Notifications** Be instantly informed of any changes to **Google Authenticator**, **email**, or **fund password** settings.

**Security Recommendations:**

* If you detect any **unauthorized activity**, **immediately change your password**, **remove unknown devices**, and **contact ChainBitX customer support** to request a temporary account freeze.
* You can review recent security events in the **Message Center** or **Notification History**.
