# Why haven’t my funds been returned after I stopped copy trading?

If you have closed a copy trading position, exited a copy trading relationship, or claimed profit sharing (commission), your funds may not be returned immediately.

This is because the system processes settlements at fixed times each day.

#### Settlement Schedule

The system settlement times are:

* **08:00 (UTC+8)**
* **16:00 (UTC+8)**
* **24:00 (UTC+8)**

All related actions, including:

* Closing a copy trading position
* Exiting a copy trading relationship
* Receiving profit sharing (commission)

will be processed at the **next settlement time**.

#### Notes

* Funds will be returned after the next settlement cycle is completed.
* Delays before settlement are normal and do not indicate a system issue.
* Please wait until the next settlement time before checking your balance.
* If funds are still not received after settlement, please contact customer support for assistance.
