# Deposit Arrival Time and On-Chain Confirmation Rules

The time for deposits to arrive depends on the selected coin and the confirmation speed of the blockchain network. Different networks and on-chain statuses may cause timing differences.

Reference confirmation standards:

* USDT (TRC20): Usually arrives within 1 minute, requires 1–2 confirmations
* USDT (ERC20): May be slower, typically 3–10 minutes, requires 12 confirmations
* BTC: Depending on network conditions, usually 10–30 minutes

If a deposit is delayed or abnormal for more than 30 minutes, it is recommended to provide the TxID and contact customer service for status inquiry.

**Friendly Reminder:** Please make sure to save the transaction hash (TxID) after your deposit. This is an important proof for the platform to verify the deposit status.
