# ChainBitX Rebate Rules Overview

To ensure a fair trading environment and maintain a healthy rebate ecosystem, ChainBitX applies a clear and standardized rebate mechanism. The following rules apply to all users and partners participating in the rebate program.

### **1. Scope of Rebate Application**

#### **1 Opening Fee Rebate**

* Rebates on opening (entry) fees are not affected by holding time.
* Opening fees are rebated in full according to the agreed rebate percentage.

#### **2 Closing Fee Rebate**

* Rebates on closing (exit) fees are calculated based on position holding time.
* Different holding durations correspond to different rebate multipliers.

### **2. Holding Time & Rebate Multiplier**

| Position Holding Time        | Rebate Eligibility | Rebate Multiplier |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------ | ----------------- |
| Less than 60 seconds         | Not eligible       | 0                 |
| 60 – 180 seconds (inclusive) | 50% rebate         | 0.5               |
| More than 180 seconds        | Full rebate        | 1.0               |

### **3. Rebate Calculation Formula**

**Actual Rebate = Trading Fee × Rebate Percentage × Rebate Multiplier**

**Example:**

* Closing fee: 10 USDT
* Rebate percentage: 40%
* Holding time: 120 seconds (multiplier 0.5)

**Actual rebate = 10 × 40% × 0.5 = 2 USDT**

### **4. Rebate Settlement & Unlock Time**

* Rebate data is **updated and viewable in real time**.
* Rebates are **initially frozen** after generation.
* At **12:00 (UTC+8) daily**, rebates generated **from the previous day are unfrozen and credited** and can be used or withdrawn.

### **5. Purpose of This Mechanism**

This rebate structure is designed to:

* Prevent high-frequency and rebate-abuse trading behavior
* Encourage genuine and sustainable trading activity
* Protect the long-term interests of users and partners
* Maintain a transparent and fair rebate system
