Account Registration and Login

If you don’t have a ChainBitX account yet, you can quickly register by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the ChainBitX Platform

Option 1: Download and open the ChainBitX App (supports iOS and Android)
Option 2: Visit the official website ChainBitX and click the “Register” button at the top right (The homepage also provides a QR code for quick app download.)

Step 2: Choose Registration Method

Register using your phone number or email address
We recommend using your frequently used phone or email to receive verification codes and platform notifications

Step 3: Set Your Login Password

Use a password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, at least 8 characters long
Avoid using easily guessed information such as birthdays or phone numbers

Step 4: Complete Verification Code Validation

Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email
After successful verification, registration is complete and you will be automatically logged in

If you already have a ChainBitX account, follow these steps to log in:

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Step 2: Enter Account Information

Step 3: Complete Login Verification

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), enter the dynamic verification code
After successful verification, you will access the platform’s main interface

Ensure your linked phone number or email remains active to receive verification codes and account notifications
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security
ChainBitX will never ask for your password or verification code — beware of phishing scams
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset it and secure your account
