Contract Account
A dedicated asset subsystem focused on derivatives trading, providing precise margin control and fund transfer capabilities.
The contract account is tailored for high-frequency traders, leverage users, and derivatives traders. Compared with regular funds accounts, it places greater emphasis on risk control, profit and loss monitoring, and efficient fund transfers—helping users maintain liquidity and manageability of funds in highly volatile markets.
Core Metrics: Building Your First Layer of Risk and Profit Awareness
The contract account homepage centrally displays key data of the current account assets. All values update in real time with market prices, enabling users to dynamically adjust trading strategies.
Current contract account assets (by margin currency) The platform distinguishes contract accounts by the margin currency used (e.g., USDT, BTC). Each currency’s contract account assets are managed independently without interference.
Currency Name Clearly shows the contract account’s currency, such as “USDT Contract Account,” “BTC Contract Account,” etc. Users can freely switch between currency pages to view asset status.
Total Account Assets Displays the total asset balance of the contract account for the selected currency, including available funds, frozen funds, and position-related funds.
Unrealized Profit and Loss (Floating P&L) Calculates real-time floating profit and loss of positions, assisting users in making quick take-profit or stop-loss decisions. The P&L value dynamically links to the current market price of the contract asset, accurately reflecting fund fluctuations.
Available Margin Automatically calculated as: Available Margin = Total Assets – Entrusted Margin – Position Margin Shows the funds currently available for opening new positions, adding margin, or adjusting positions. This is a key indicator to determine margin call (“liquidation”) risk or margin top-up needs.
Frozen Margin Frozen Margin = Entrusted Margin + Position Margin Fully tracks the margin currently locked by the system, ensuring transparency in fund structure.
