1. **What is the minimum contract opening amount?**

The minimum opening amount varies slightly by trading pair (token) and is dynamically adjusted based on the current token price and leverage level. Generally, most tokens support a minimum opening of 10 USDT, which is suitable for beginners trying small trades. You can view the specific minimum opening amount for each token in the order window to ensure you meet platform requirements before submitting an order.

2. **Can long and short positions coexist?**

Yes. ChainBitX supports “opposite positions” (also known as hedging), allowing users to hold both long and short positions on the same token. For example, you can hold a 1 BTC long and a 1 BTC short in BTC contracts, corresponding to different market directions. This is useful in grid trading, hedging, or short-term trend testing. It is recommended to fully understand the logic of opposite positions before enabling them to avoid confusing position directions.

3. **Will the system notify me of liquidation?**

Yes. When your account is at risk of forced liquidation, the ChainBitX system will send alerts through multiple channels, including:
