# Copy Trading Profit Sharing

**Profit Sharing Formula:**

**Profit Share = (Follower’s Profit – Trading Fees) × N%**

Where **N** is the profit-sharing ratio (ranging from **0% to 50%**).

**Settlement Process:**

1. When a strategy provider closes a position, the system **pre-deducts the profit share** from the follower’s account.
2. The **actual profit is settled at 00:00 (midnight) the next day**.
3. If the final profit is **less than the pre-deducted amount**, the excess will be **refunded**.
4. For **coin-margined contracts**, profits are distributed in the corresponding cryptocurrency, then converted to **USDT**.

**1. Estimated Pending Profit Share**

* Includes **10% of profits** from both historical and current closed orders.
* If the realized profit of an order is **positive**, pending profit share will increase accordingly.
* **Losing orders** may reduce the estimated pending share.

**2. Profit Sharing Example**

* Users **A/B/C** follow a strategy provider and gain profits from a position.
* Upon closing, **profit shares are pre-deducted**, and the final settlement is issued **the next day**.
* For multiple contracts, the cost is calculated based on the **actual exchange rate**.
