# Common Deposit Issues and Troubleshooting Guide

If you encounter problems such as deposits not arriving, incorrect address input, or wrong network selection, you can perform the following self-checks and responses:

**Common Issues and Solutions:**

* **Deposit not received:** Check if the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached, or verify if the deposit was sent to the correct address.
* **Wrong network transfer:** For example, sending TRC20 assets to an ERC20 address may result in irreversible loss. Please contact platform customer service immediately.
* **Depositing unsupported coins or smart contract addresses:** Some platforms do not support contract transfers. Please review the coin’s deposit instructions in advance.
* **Incorrect or missing Tag/Memo when transferring to tagged addresses (e.g., XRP, XLM):** These coins require a correct Tag or Memo; otherwise, the deposit may not be credited.

**Friendly Reminder:** Before depositing, please double-check the coin type, network, and address accuracy. If any problem occurs, do not repeat the operation. Instead, provide transaction proof and contact **ChainBitX** customer service immediately for assistance.
