# Funds Account

The first stop for depositing, managing, and allocating assets, supporting full-process management including instant swap and fund tracking.

In a digital asset platform, the funds account is the foundational infrastructure for asset management, responsible for custody of user assets, deposits and withdrawals, storage of spot trading assets, and asset conversion and allocation. Compared to the asset overview’s global perspective, the funds account focuses more on the dynamic management and practical execution of **“currently available funds.”**

#### Feature Overview: Similar to Asset Overview, but More Detailed and Actionable <a href="#h_01k2brzv8kcz60tyrk5168402y" id="h_01k2brzv8kcz60tyrk5168402y"></a>

**Real-Time Asset Data**

* Displays each currency’s available balance and frozen amounts (including open orders or locked transfers).
* All data synchronizes in real time with on-chain balances and transaction records, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Supports currency filtering and hiding small balances, making it easier to view main funds clearly.

**Instant Swap (Flash Exchange) Function**

A key feature of the funds account, enabling users to quickly switch asset currencies when the market changes.

* **Default swap pair:** USDT / BTC
* After entering the funds account and clicking “Instant Swap,” the system defaults to the stablecoin USDT and the mainstream coin BTC. Users can also change the swap currency pair.
* **Real-time exchange rate mechanism:** The platform uses long-connection technology to fetch market depth and exchange rate data in real time, ensuring each swap price closely matches real market conditions. This eliminates price delays and slippage errors, improving the stability and fairness of instant swaps.
* **Free currency switching:** Users can customize the “current currency” and “target currency” for swapping. Supports free exchange among all platform-supported currencies without complicated order matching.
* **One-click full swap:** Users can select “Swap All” to convert the entire available balance of a given currency to the target currency. Useful for scenarios like temporarily consolidating funds or quickly taking profits and shifting to stablecoins.

***

**Usage Example:**

During a sharp market drop, users can quickly convert volatile assets like BTC or ETH into stablecoins such as USDT via the “Swap All” function to avoid risk exposure.

***

**History Records: Track Every Fund Movement**

* Automatically records every fund operation including swaps, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
* Supports filtering by time, currency, and operation type.
* Supports exporting records for financial reconciliation, asset auditing, or internal team reporting.

**Best Practice:** It is recommended to check your history records weekly to ensure fund movements are clear and to quickly identify any abnormal operations.
